We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Sunshine Sniffers inspection, please contact us as soon as possible.

Rescheduling

We will do our best to accommodate requests to move an appointment to another available date or time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide as much advance notice as possible. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of a deposit, where applicable.

Late Arrivals

Please make sure the property or vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time. Delays caused by limited access may affect the inspection schedule.

Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances

Sunshine Sniffers may need to reschedule an appointment due to severe weather, travel conditions, emergencies, or circumstances outside our control. We will contact you as soon as possible and work with you to find another suitable appointment.
