Payment

Payment is expected according to the arrangements made when your inspection is scheduled. Any applicable travel charges or additional service costs will be communicated as appropriate.

Refunds

Because inspection appointments involve scheduling time, travel, and professional services, refunds are generally considered based on the circumstances of the request.

If an appointment has already been completed, the inspection fee is generally non-refundable because the professional service has already been provided.
